The Glebe Public School Sesquicentenary was celebrated on November 3rd, 2008. Highlights included:
- a whole school assembly with fabulous individual
and whole class perfromances
- the opening of our own public art installation 'Skippedy Skip' by City of Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore
- an amazing display of student art works in the Glebe
Public School Gallery
- whole school tours with ex-students.
We gratefully acknowledge the support of both the City of Sydney, which provided funding support of $3,500 through the Local Community Grants Program, and the Glebe Society whose enormous talent, energy and organisational skills made the entire project possible.
